‘Sculpting a head’ workshop, Glenlyon, Victoria.

Over four Saturday afternoons learn how to construct a sculpture of a head using ceramic techniques, gain knowledge of proportion and skills in creating facial expression. On the fourth Saturday you will learn how to apply oxides, underglazes and glaze to give colour and finish to your sculpture

Saturdays, March 21 and 28, April 11 and May 2

1-4pm

There is a three week break to dry and bisque fire your sculpture so it is ready to glaze. There is not a class on April 4 due to Easter.

On Saturday May 2 you will return to Clayscape to glaze your sculpture between 1-3pm.

All materials and 2 firings are included.
